Membership Agreement

1. Subject of Membership

This Agreement is concluded between the natural or legal person ("Member") who wishes to become a member of the ÇözümMerkezi platform at https://cozummerkezi.net and İŞLEMCİ BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM İLETİŞİM ÖZEL EĞİTİM İNŞAAT TURİZM PLASTİK HURDA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, in order to set forth the terms of membership.

2. Membership Conditions

  • The Member must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
  • The Member declares that the information provided at registration is accurate and current.
  • For legal entities, the person on record is authorized to represent the company.
  • Multiple accounts may not be opened with the same email address.

3. Membership Account and Password

3.1. The Member is obligated to keep the username and password associated with their account confidential.

3.2. All transactions performed through the account are binding upon the Member. Any suspicion of unauthorized use must be reported immediately to [email protected].

3.3. ÇözümMerkezi may, for security reasons, require two-factor authentication (2FA).

4. Service Scope

Depending on the package selected, the Member shall benefit from the following features: live chat, ticket management, AI-assisted responses, multi-channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, web widget), reporting, and API access.

5. Pricing

5.1. Fees are published at https://cozummerkezi.net/pricing and are denominated in USD.

5.2. Collection is made in Turkish Lira at the current Foreign Exchange Selling Rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT). Payment details are set forth in the Distance Sales Agreement.

6. Member's Obligations

  • To use the account solely for lawful purposes.
  • Not to send spam, malicious software, or unlawful content.
  • Not to infringe the rights of third parties.
  • To refrain from any conduct that may harm the operation of the system.

7. ÇözümMerkezi's Obligations

  • To provide the Service with a target availability of 99.9%.
  • To carry out regular security updates and feature development.
  • To ensure data protection compliant with KVKK and GDPR.
  • 24/7 system monitoring and technical support (package-based SLA).

8. Suspension and Termination of Membership

8.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time through the portal.

8.2. ÇözümMerkezi may suspend or terminate the membership in the event of a breach of the Agreement or pursuant to legal obligation.

8.3. Upon termination, data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to the retention periods required by KVKK.

9. Amendments

Material changes to the Agreement shall be communicated to the Member by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the expiration of this period shall constitute acceptance of the changes.

10. Disputes

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. Turkish law shall apply.
