Distance Sales Agreement

Effective Date: 06.06.2026 · Drawn up pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Turkish Consumer Protection Law) and the Distance Sales Regulation (Türkiye).

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the digital service (SaaS live support subscription) purchased electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website https://cozummerkezi.net.

3. Nature and Price of the Service

3.1. The name, term (monthly/annual), scope (number of operators, monthly chat limit, storage, etc.), and price of the purchased subscription package are detailed in the order summary.

3.2. All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). At the time of collection, amounts are converted to Turkish Lira (TRY) at the current Foreign Exchange Selling Rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) and collected inclusive of VAT.

3.3. Payment terms: in advance (credit card, with 3D Secure).

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The Buyer is entitled to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the conclusion of the contract, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

4.2. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to [email protected] or submitted via the "Cancel My Subscription" function in the portal.

4.3. EXCEPTION: Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Sales Regulation (Türkiye), "services performed instantly in electronic form" fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. However, as a matter of customer satisfaction policy, ÇözümMerkezi offers a 14-day unconditional refund guarantee; if you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days, the full amount will be refunded.

5. Withdrawal and Refund Process

5.1. Following receipt of a withdrawal notice, the payment amount will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days using the same payment method employed by the Buyer.

5.2. For monthly payments, a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused days.

5.3. For annual payments, a full refund is issued within the first 14 days; thereafter, a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused months.

6. Obligations and Liability

6.1. The Seller is obligated to perform the service in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

6.2. The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate and current information; otherwise, any resulting damages shall be borne by the Buyer.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. The Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the applicable monetary thresholds (the 2025 threshold is TRY 104,000 — updated in the Official Gazette).

7.2. For commercial relationships not qualifying as consumer transactions, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7.3. Complaints may be submitted first to [email protected] or through the Turkish Consumer Information System (tuketici.gtb.gov.tr).

8. Entry into Force

This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer's electronic acceptance and shall remain in effect until the termination of the subscription.

9. Acknowledgement

The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood this Distance Sales Agreement, and that the Seller has duly provided the preliminary information required by law.
