1. Parties
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into electronically between İŞLEMCİ BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM İLETİŞİM ÖZEL EĞİTİM İNŞAAT TURİZM PLASTİK HURDA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("ÇözümMerkezi") and the user availing themselves of the service ("User"), under the conditions set forth below.
2. Definitions
- Service: The live support, multi-channel customer communication platform offered at https://cozummerkezi.net.
- User: Any natural or legal person who registers for and/or uses the Service.
- Tenant: A corporate customer who provides the Service to its own end-customers.
3. Subject Matter of the Service
ÇözümMerkezi provides web-based SaaS services including live chat, ticket management, AI-assisted responses, multi-channel integration (WhatsApp, Telegram, web widget, email), and reporting.
4. Account and Security
4.1. The User is responsible for all activities performed through their account.
4.2. The User is obligated to maintain the security of their password. ÇözümMerkezi recommends two-factor authentication (2FA).
4.3. Any unauthorized access detected must be reported immediately to [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
The User shall not use the Service for any of the following purposes:
- Transmitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening content;
- Distributing spam, phishing attempts, or malicious software;
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- Conducting attacks against the Service infrastructure (DDoS, brute-force, etc.);
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized copying of source code.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1. The Service fees are published at https://cozummerkezi.net/pricing.
6.2. Prices are denominated in USD; payments are collected in Turkish Lira (TRY) at the current Foreign Exchange Selling Rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT).
6.3. If automatic renewal is enabled, the fee for the next billing period will be charged via the stored card at the end of the current period. The User may cancel at any time through the portal.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, content, and design elements of the Service are the property of İŞLEMCİ BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM İLETİŞİM ÖZEL EĞİTİM İNŞAAT TURİZM PLASTİK HURDA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The User is granted only a limited right of personal/corporate use during the term of access to the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
ÇözümMerkezi targets 99.9% availability (uptime); however, it shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from technical malfunctions, force majeure, or third-party service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
9.1. The User may close their account at any time through the portal.
9.2. ÇözümMerkezi may suspend the Service following a 7-day written notice (warning) in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement. Turkish law shall apply.
